Terms of Use

OHAnano is operated by OHANA Group Kft. (registered office: Vércse utca 14., 6726 Szeged, Hungary; company registration number: 06-09-026560; tax number: 28983970-2-06). OHAnano is OHANA Group's platform for nano-influencers: you register, connect your social media accounts with read-only access, your numbers make up your media kit, and our agency recommends you for brands' campaigns. You receive invitations here, submit your campaign content here, and the brand sees your results in a report prepared here. Using OHAnano is free of charge for influencers.

OHAnano may be used by people aged 18 or over, in their own name and with accurate data. Your account is personal: you may not transfer it, you must keep your sign-in details confidential, and you must tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access.

• Connecting is voluntary. You may only connect accounts that are yours or that you are entitled to manage.
• OHAnano asks only for read-only permission: it never posts, comments, sends messages or changes anything on your behalf.
• The terms of the connected platforms also apply to you. By connecting your YouTube account (using the YouTube features) you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms); Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (google.com/policies/privacy).
• Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok and Google (YouTube) are services independent of OHAnano, with their own terms and data policies. OHAnano is not affiliated with them, and is not endorsed or sponsored by them.
• You can disconnect at any time (Kezdőlap → Platformjaim → Leválasztás). We then delete the downloaded data within 7 days; the links of the posts you submitted to campaigns are kept as proof of completion.

Our agency invites you to campaigns; the invitation shows the task, the deadlines and the compensation in advance, and you decide whether to accept. If you accept, you undertake to complete the task under the conditions described on the campaign page. You are responsible for the content you submit: it must not infringe the rights of others and must comply with the law and the platform's rules. The brand sees the data its campaign needs, as described in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

The numbers come from the platforms, are shown with the time they were retrieved, and are never modified by us. Platforms may change their numbers later; we are not responsible for their accuracy.

You may not use OHAnano without authorisation, attempt to access other accounts or data, disrupt or overload the service, query OHAnano by automated means (bots), or provide false data. Non-public campaign details (such as briefs and compensation) are confidential.

We do our best to keep OHAnano running continuously and securely, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for outages or changes of the platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; this does not affect liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for harm to life, physical integrity or health.

You can request the deletion of your account at any time at info@ohanagroup.hu. If you breach these terms, we may suspend or end your access. Your data is then handled and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may change these terms. We will notify you of material changes in OHAnano or by e-mail before they take effect; if you do not accept them, you can request the deletion of your account.
